Domestic Shipping

We happily ship within the contiguous United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.  Choose your preferred method of shipping and we will ship all orders with tracking means.  All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

International Shipping

Different countries vary in regards to customs duties.  Many will not charge any duties for shipments from the USA, however, any and all Customs, Duties and Taxes that are levied will be the responsibility of the customer.  The declared value of our shipments will be for the value of the products only, shipping costs will not be included. We are not responsible for lost packages due to lack of insurance placed when ordering. Please email for shipping quotes not specified on our site.  We proudly ship to AFO/APO addresses.

Returns or Exchanges

Please note some of the following rules regarding returns:

  • Smoky Joe's Clothing can only accept returns on new and unworn merchandise.
  • If the merchandise is defective, Smoky Joe's will work with you on an exchange.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest that you use a reputable carrier with tracking measures.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO RETURNS will be accepted after 14 days without prior communication. 
  • Smoky Joe's Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return request at our discretion for any reason, including open or worn merchandise, customer neglect, etc..
  • All sale merchandise is non-returnable
  • If you are a designer/stylist who would like to use our merchandise for photo shoots, commercials, special events, please reach out to us personally as we hate to go through the BS of why you want to use and return our products.

 In order to return merchandise, you must call 773.998.2181 or email with the following information.

  1. Order number
  2. Item you want to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Would you prefer a refund or exchange?
  5. Has the merchandise been opened?
  6. Has the merchandise been worn?

A customer service representative will respond to your email with further instructions regarding your return.  If your request is approved, you will be sent a RA# and an address to ship back the merchandise.  You must ship the merchandise through traceable means so you can confirm that we have received the return.  Also, please include the RA# on the outside of the box.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
